Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk team member to join us! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative tasks, and at least 2 years of experience in dentistry. This position offers the opportunity to work in a friendly environment and interact with a diverse patient group.

Duties:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and address as needed

- Outbound calling for insurance verification and treatment plan follow up
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Skills:

- Knowledge of dental office or medical receptionist duties
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents
- Ability to handle charting and insurance tasks effectively
- Previous experience in data entry for maintaining records
- Excellent customer support skills for addressing patient needs
- Proficient phone etiquette when communicating with patients

- Willing to learn new tasks and increase knowledge of dental field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
